Founder of a sustainable small business (OHM Fashion) for a curated collection of only handmade products like hand block and hand woven clothing, hand made jewelry and accessories. The goal is to find and bring out the artistic talent of Indian women by promoting and creating a platform to market their hand made products. And a long term vision to elevate the standard of living of artisans of India by helping them sell their products in international markets. Having lived in Europe for a decade and 13 plus years in Malaysia, Sashi has developed a strong network across the nations through her corporate connections and personal bonding. She aims to use these connections in every possible way in supporting and empowering the women artisans of India.

Prior to OHM, she had worked across the Banking sector for 20 years. She was an industry professional across Banking sector (Retail Banking, Investment Banking and Private Banking) in India, Switzerland and Malaysia.

She is a qualified (M.Com ) and ACAMS Certified (Anti-Money Laundering Specialist - AML) industry professional in managing KYC, Client On Boarding , Compliance, Governance, Process improvement, Team Management, Quality Control & Projects Management.
